Philosophy

Our counselling center offers guidance and support. We believe that our wellbeing comes from within. Healing and growth happen when a client is ready to do the work and the counsellor provides supportive, trustworthy guidance.

We know that people need to feel emotionally safe before they can trust someone else with their concerns. Our counselling clinic is a safe haven where clients can share freely and openly; gaining clarity, personal growth and self-love.

The Clinic

Our counselling clinic is located in Lynn Valley, a neighborhood nestled between two mountains in beautiful North Vancouver. The clinic itself contains four offices, a group room, a kitchen and a waiting area. More importantly, we have created an inclusive, welcoming space for all members of our community.

We are located in Lynn Valley Center on the second floor in a suite of private consultation offices. The clinic provides consultations from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, by appointment only. There is ample parking available at the center.

Our Team

Experienced and caring Canadian certified counsellors and registered clinical counsellors. We are a highly experienced, professional group of clinicians, dedicated to meeting our clients where they are on their wellness journey. Our counsellors are all certified and registered to work in BC, and all have specialities that include all members of our community. We offer counselling for teens and adults, and provide sessions for couples and groups.

Our History

Collaborating to offer an integrated counselling centre. We are a community of like-minded therapists, committed to our vision of affecting lasting change in the lives of those in our community on Vancouver’s North Shore.

Our integrated counselling centre allows us to offer a wide variety of therapeutic modalities to our clients. Each member of our Canadian Certified Counsellors/Registered Clinical Counsellors has unique specialities and approaches, which means that there is someone on our team that can provide the right support for each client.

Our clinicians all have a high level of preparation and experience to offer each client, along with the empathy and caring that is essential to our clients’ feeling of security and confidence.
